Description

Liturgical texts are an invaluable theological and historical source. This module gives students the opportunity to develop expertise in the interpretation and analysis of such texts, by a structured programme of guided close reading. Working mostly from primary texts, themes explored will include the origins, function and genres of such texts as well as their theological significance.
